Rash on upper left buttox with little white pustules inside it?!

Question:
It's warm to touch and itches and stings. Been to three doctors and they say its contact dermatitis. Used a cream and it goes away and comes back, always in the same spot! Help!

Laundry soap, bathing soap, dryer sheets?

Maybe it is ring worm
