There is no such thing as a diet pill that works!?!

Question:
I keep telling my friend, Julie, that there is no such thing as a diet pill that works.she is just throwing her money away! Am I right or am I right? dare you to prove me wrong!!
Answers:
You are more than right, those over the counter and some prescription diet pills are harmful to the liver and other vital organs it the body, and most of the time people do not know of the damage until years later. Your friend needs to find a good meal plan such as the Zone, and exercise regularly, if these things are a problem, she should look into natural weight management. Here is a web site that offers natural products and also email support, my friend is doing this and is doing better than she has ever done before. And after I have my baby I will lose my extra weight this way also. www.newbodybalance.com

I agree. There is also no diet pill that is safe. Proper diet and exercise is the only way to lose weight safely.

i know

For the most part you are very right.someone can take all the diet pills the want but if they sit around and eat ding dongs all day they the pill will do nothing. However there are those who need a little help with appetite control and energy to work out. but the most important part of any weight loss plan is diet-portion control, and exercise.

You are correct. Most diet pills do nothing but raise ones blood pressure and heart rate which supposedly increases their metabolism. They all offer you empty dreams and an empty wallet.

I dont think that there is such thing as a diet pill that works, at lest not safely. It is basically about input and expenditures. However, a lot of that has to do with habits and sometimes habits can be hard to break. One thing that i have found that really helps with cravings is a daily dose of spirullina. Other than that the best "diet" is simply eating when you are hungry and stopping when you are full.

There's no "magic bullet" but appetite suppressents can be helpful to people who need a little extra boost in addition to a healthy diet and exercise.

Prescription diet pills are manufactured as drugs and HAVE to pass FDA scrutinty. In other words, unlike herbal diet aids, they HAVE to proof they work or they can't be sold.
