You need to change your diet. Don't even trick yourself into thinking all that Burger King sitting in your stomach is going to just out of nowhere-give you a flat stomach. It doesn't work like that. Add some cardiovascular excercise to your daily routine. You have to burn the fat before it can turn into muscle.

Dat's wat I'm working on now I had one but eating alt took it away so I'm doing crutches which is helping take a dumbbell dat weigh 10 lbs( take two) and get an exercising ball and put your bac on da ball put your hands up in da air wit the dumbells in them and make it seem like you in da sit up position and trust girl dat helps your tummy area alot

do plenty of sit ups

if you do a series of excercises like i have been doing wall sits starting at 30 seconds a time but was doing about 10 sets of them for about 10minutes or so. then i do push ups, but remeber with push ups you always have to hold your stomach tight ( sorta like your constipated) and start out with 5 or 10 and do them for about 10-15 minutes. and work out about 5 days a week. you should start seeing results with-in 7-9 days. or even sooner it depends on how bad you need it. good luck

Start a daily traing routine. I suggest swimming or x-c skiing (if you can). do sit-ups and leg lifts until your muscles burn. do it every day, increase the amount according to the burn. don't overdo it. have fun and smile.

Depends how fast. If you want a flat stomach in, say, 2-4 weeks, exercise a lot, and don't eat too many fats. A treadmill is nice.

If you want a flat stomach in five minutes or so, a bowie knife works wonders.

go on a diet and eat healthy

Walk very, VERY TALL. Stretch that head like a string is pulling you up to the ceiling and I promise people will think you have lost weight. And pull that tummy in as you walk. You can feel that pull. Holding you tummy in as you sit and stand will do little crunches. Good Luck!

Dead seriouse. I use this method everytime I need a flat tummy in about three days. You are going to hate it, but I swear it works. Your stomach is the first thing to get smaller when you diet because its mostly gas and water. so.. being that said. Limit your food intake to about 500 calories a day or less (or 20 grams of carb). You will dehydrate and tummy will shrink. But ONLY a temporary fix. As soon as you eat a decent meal, you are back where you started. I know you hate it!
