Would you get arthritis if you crack your knuckles regularly?!

No.that's an old wives tale. Recently I read an article saying its actually beneficial because it relieves pressure between the joints

Arthritis is an auto-immune disorder, which basically means that you have a suppressed immune system, that causes swelling in your joints. As far as I know, there is no relation to cracking knuckles hehe

I always heard that you would get it. Best not to do it.

I've been cracking my thumb knuckle quite regularily and I've haven't gotten anything.

nope thats a myth. cracking your knuckles only provides about 1/10th of the stress needed to damage cartilidge

Like many other disorders, some people are genetically prone to arthritis, whether it is autoimmune or otherwise. Science does not associate arthritis with knuckle cracking. But then science only answers with its capabilities at the moment. Maybe quantitatively more correlation is needed for conclusive evidence.
