The week before my cycle begins I try to eat as many fruits and vegetables as I possibly can. I have been told that the natural vitamins in these foods help to alleviate the pain. It works for me you should try it. It also helps to become a little more active believe it or not.

B6 vitamins and Evening Primrose Oil capsules before your period if you get bad pms. I swear by Evening Primrose Oil. Take (4) 500mg capsules a day when you are having your period.
It reduces the blood flow and reduces cramps. It works for me and I used to have really bad cramps and heavy periods.
I know you dont feel like it but if you exercise then the cramps will lessen, go for a brisk walk.
Isnt being a woman horrible sometimes!! i have it all to look forward to next week, ah the joy(!)

Definitely the B vitamins and a healthy diet. Also, if you can stretch in the morning before you start your day just to get your muscles loosened up you'll definitely feel better.

M@&turb@tion or hot sex.
