I had to have a laparoscopy to remove all damage before I could concieve because I had endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome, talk to your doctor or listen to what they suggest, it can only increase your chances. Besides surgery wasnt that bad and was soooooooooo worth it.Good luck
