Usually red blotches or tiny red bumps.
little bumps usually an allergic rash is eczema. Try putting cortisone ointment on the rash and see if it goes away. If not call the Dr?? also what are you feeding your child??
it looks like nettle rash and is usually very itchy.the blotches generally go down after about an hour,if they don't then go to your doctor.
