I really like the Denise Austin Fit Forever plan. It will help you set up a great diet (eating) plan as well as a work out plan to help you keep in the right direction. You shouldn't have any problems losing the weight by then. Just start with an amount that you want to lose by then. It's hard to go somewhere if you don't know where you want to be.
