Why don't I feel any hungry? because of anxiety?!

Question:
I used to feel hungry or growling in my stomach, but not anymore. why is that? because of anxiety disorder? Hope anyone of you can explain. Many thanks
Answers:
Yes, anxiety can certainly cause a lessening of appetite.
Also, if you have been dieting, the body and stomach eventually become used to lesser food, and your appetite signals will eventually diminish.

Other Answers:
maybe you are keeping your stomach with just enough food in it so that you don't get the growling going on. Do you take anxiety medications. They do sometimes cause changes in your dietary needs.

Yes, anxiety can have this effect on you. Are you stressed? That is a question you can only answer. Another reason may be that your stomache has shrunk from not eating as much. Or some medication that you take, especially for anxiety disorders (as I suffer from that too) can make you feel less hungry.
