Depends on you. Some people can calm themselves down by simple measures such as counting, breathing, or exercise. Others need more help with anti-depressants / anti-anxiety meds. You need to start with the small steps and figure out what works best for you.

if you mean it as written then that would be anger.. if as intended then it would be self control..did that make you mad? what about tha? Huh? Mad yet?..

Quit taking everything so serious. So someone pi**ed you off. Get over it. What will you gain by spending your day angry and frustrated over something trivial. Rather than accomplish something and move forward, you have given yourself to someone else and let them have control over you. There is nothing wrong with getting angry when that anger is properly vented. But to dwell on issue that really have no significance is dangerous to your health. Find a hobby. I am a writer. When I get angry, my villains do their dirtiest deeds. But they are imaginary. I vent through them. No one gets hurt. And I make pretty good money. Just realize that whatever it is you are angry about isn't worth it (in most cases). You are far more important, and way to smart to let some bully take control of you. And if that doesn't help, then seek counseling and get some good drugs.

Example;Anger Management.Are you managing how angry you get or managing not to get angry at all.Then if you do get angry at me.You have to get angry with you because you got angry at me.Typing this is getting me angry at something,I don't know what.But when I do find out,I bet it will be funny.lol

Sometimes you can't help but be pissed because there are so many stupid people in the world. I just try and bite my tongue and drink a glass of wine.

To begin with if you dont have control of your anger it could have serious consequences in the future. Like you explode in front of a lot of people and not realize it. Anger management takes hard work and dedication to rid yourself of this problem.
Taking pills and nutrional supplents wont really help you with this problem. Its all about how much you want to get rid of this problem. Instead of getting angry about something talk it out and not hold your anger inside. Its better to get it out in the open instead of holding it inside.
Therapy can be a good idea, especially group therapy, like anger management groups. Try this out and you never know, you will meet others who have your problem, and you will help yourself too.
