Visit a dermatologist and have them recommend some antibiotic. Answerer above me recommended one, which is really helpful and great, but still it's probably better to visit a Dr. in person so that he can see your actual scars and decide.
There are really good anti-bacterial lotions. Not exposing them to direct sunlight also helps scarring. There are some harsher treatments for acne about which you would have to talk to a physician.
