Answers:
you are working out , so I assume you are eating unheaalthy foods.
here is a trick for you, I did it and it worked for me (actually I came up with this).

Eat only non cholesteroll foods. Naturally they will be low on fats, also they will be healthy.
Keep on working out and you will see results in no time.

well i hear that pulling your stomach in during excerise is great for tummy fat! What i do to help my back fat is i do star jumps- it stretches your back and it does help

The best way to cut fat is to cut your calories (no less than 1200 a day) and do cardio excercise 3-4 times a week at 20-30 minutes per session.

I have lost 5 pounds in the last week just by eating healthier.

Also no excercise will help if you eat at fast food restaurants and grab junk at the grocery store. What you put in is what you get out.

I have dropped down to eating six small meals a day to boost my metabolism. I eat a balance of protiens that are low in fat and vegatables or fruits to go with it. For snacks I eat Power Crunch bars. They taste like wafer candy bars but they are protien bars. It has helped me.

This is what I use. But, you need to find something that workds for you. The link you are requesting is listed below. Good luck!!

just because you have been working out doesn't mean that you are challenging yourself. You need to get your heart rate elevated during exercise. Like at least 120. Probably closer to 140. If you do weight exercises, you can work on your muscle tone, losing some of the fat. You also need to watch your caloric intake. Easier said than done, I know.
