Why do some females have hair on the back of their legs?!

Everybody has hair on the back of their legs.if u dont like it then make sure u shave it all off!! oh and sometimes if they hiar on your legs or arms or where ever your shaving the hair gets darker every time u shave well at least thats what happened to my friends little sister!
