I've been going to the gym for 6 weeks, 4x, and eating a little less than normal!

Try not to weigh yourself for a couple of weeks and take your measurements instead , you should notice a positive change that way, muscle weighs more then fat but also helps to burn fat while working out, so now you are getting the muscle the fat will drop off sooner .

Maybe it turned into muscle?? Just because the scale says you haven't lost weight doesn't mean you haven't gotten healthier. Maybe you just haven't noticed it or something, but if your flab doesn't look so bad or if your stomache is a little smoother, then the scale doesn't matter. You could BE healthier, you just might not have lost weight.

it could be that because youre working out, youre gaining muscle mass, which weighs more than fat, so even tho you are losing fat, you are gaining muscle, so it seems like you are staying the same weight. you will eventually see results.

or maybe you have a metabolism problem. you could get your blood levels tested at the doctor to see if its a chemical level problem. the doctor may be able to suggest something else, or tell you if its something wrong with your body that isnt allowing you to lose weight.

My older sister had that problem. We couldn't understand it, she was so dedicated! The muscle part is very true too, but if you also want to see results and stay healthy, try weight watcher. It's what my sister did, she wen from a 13/14 to a 3/4 in less than a year.no diet pills, no skipping meals, and no barfing. She looks incredible.

Gym is not any tablet or any injection that would bring you down in no time (as seen in televisions " Bring yhour weitght down in 6 weeks") Rubbish..

You need to give a lot of concentration on your body. The more u work out in gym, more is the energy required for your body to cope up with the loss. Formulate a proper schedule for ur workout.
As far as ur time is concerned u need atleast 6months-1 year for proper allignment and acclamtization of body to the gym conditions.

PLEASE DONT OVERSTRESS UR BODY..Understand

It may be due to HERIDITY, please consult ur doctor or go to genetic councellors. Hope they would set right..
