How can i permanently remove my hair cheap?!

i hate shaving and it hurts like crazy. so i was wondering if there is a way to remove my hair permanently(facial) for cheap price. cause laser is just way too expensive.

why do you want to do that? Hair is a good part of everybody. Hair accentuates your personality. Hair is a way of expressing yourself. Don't permanently remove it please don't do it.
