how can i lose 50 pounds within four weeks and not take any pills and not have t!

im always busy im not sure what to do i am going to the beach with a friend in six weeks but in 5 weeks im getting a new baithen suit one that i wont have to worry about my stomach

there are videos called 8 minute abs, 8 minute arms, etc. Does not take up too much time, takes a little longer than a regular work out to see progress, but it gets you moving and its a start.

sorry hun that's NOT possible. that's 12.5 lbs a week and they reccomend you lose 2-4 a week. You are gonna have to eat healthy and exercize your butt off and be happy with where that takes you

50 pounds is tooooo much to lose in that short amount of time! It would be unhealthy for you to attempt to lose so much in such a short time frame. If you want to keep the weight off you need to be consistent with your weight loss, at about 1-2 pounds a month. Please be safe and consult a doctor before you attempt this the wrong way.

quit eating and start drinking "ensure"

no way to lose 50 pounds in 4 weeks. impossible to lose 10 pounds per week. only way to lose that much in so little time is liposuction. my personal trainer said losing 1-2 pounds per week is healthy and won't make you sick later. (it took me 3 months of eating healthy and excercising to lose 10 pounds and keep it off!!)..sorry, there is no quick fix.

sorry hun, but u can't lose that much pounds that quickly! run really fast on the tredmil or something, get enough sleep, and eat healthier!

Weight loss is Hard. In order to loose weight a keep it off, one should have a good sleeping habit and get 7-9 hours of sleep a night. They should keep their calorie count between 1400 and 2000 calories. And then should do a cardio work out for at least 20 minutes a day. If you do those simple things you will loose 2-3 lbs a week. Which is healthy. Start now. When its time to get a new suit get a nice one with a built in corset.

I have never seen a bathing suit that you did not have to worry about your stomach. You are going to have to find time to exercise.
