What gets glass out of your skin?!
Question:
I stepped on a little peice of glass probably the size of half a bead on the sole of my foot, I cant really see but feel it.I heard that something helps push glass out but I cant remember, maybe epsom salt or alcohol, but I dont know for sure..Anyone know?

Epsom salt. But if it's embedded pretty deep, you may have to go to your doctor and have it cut out.
if you can feel it you need to make a small hole then cut some soap (tablet form)onto the area damp the area then cover with bandage or plaster..its called a poltist ..i have used it lots of times to draw out thorns etc
This is what I do.Use a sewing needle.Wash your hands thoroughly.Soak your feet in warm soapy water first.Pass the needle through a lighter or match flame until red.Let cool.Take two fingers and try to squeeze up the area where the glass is.You should be able to see the glass.Use the needle to go down under the glass piece and lift it out.Apply hydrogen peroxide to the area,and antibiotic ointment.If it is too deep or too painful go to you doc.
Put ichtymal cream on it (uhh not sure of the spelling) or boil ease. Drawing salves will work to get the glass out.
After you've broken the skin that has probably covered it by now, scotch tape.
