Answers:
good carbs eat lots of fruit and jog or walk on uneven pavements and do it for longer times and strength train use weights and eat smaller portions but DONT deny yourself of the foods you like because your diet will fail. just eat smaller portions of those foods. you do need some fats though. u need fiber in your diet and try aerobics. what you are doing is the first step towards your goal. congradulations. also keep track of what you eat and watch your calorie intake, protein helps lose fat also

Other Answers:
No, you are NOT doing the right things. Just cutting fat does not mean you are actually cutting calories. You need to cut total calories from your diet. Go talk to a dietician or physician about how to do this. They can teach you how to read labels, etc.

You sure are - add some cardivascular workouts to really get your heart beating, make sure you change it up from time to time and also decrease portion size and cut out soda.

Good luck.

Yes you are. Congratulations! In addition to cutting down on fatty foods, you may want to be sure to cut back on processed sugar also, since that's just empty calories. Good Luck and keep up the good work!

Yes, you need to watch your foods a bit, but not as much as most people say. The best thing to do is exercise, and it looks like you are doing that. So, keep up the good work.

cutting out faty foods is good. just dont starve yourself. actualy, eat a big breakfast and small dinner. that realy helps you lose weight. but other than that you are doing awsome. keep up the good work

yep but u shoodnt overdo it got to bbc health for more info

you might try jogging for an hour, cuz it is recommended by the FDA. and cut calories while keeping proteins and vitamins high too.

At Least Your Trying.

Yes just remember to excrise well and don't under eat

excises walk or jog was merely for healthy purpose. the more u excises the more healthy u are. if ones keep on cut fatty foods, the nutrigen from fatty foods u may not absorb & u may lose lots of delicious taste, u actually can having those food but not a lots. what u actually need to do was less food in each meal but u can have lots of meal each day. KAMBADE!

Cut out Salt, and Sugar, drink loads of water and carry on exercising. You are doing Good, Keep it up and you will get there. Most things in Packets contain hidden Sodium (Salt) and sugar. Salt retains water and will make you heavier. To burn fat you need to push those Muscles. Low fat products are also full of salt and sugar. Eat fresh food like we are supposed to. Its much healthier, and easier to digest properly.

You are on the right track. As someone else mentioned, you can look at other parts of your diet that might be high-calorie but low-nutrition (high sugar foods, etc). Take small steps at a time, don't try a radically different diet right away, it will be hard to keep. Make sure you are not substituting new foods in for the fatty foods you cut - a calorie is a calorie (a regular soda each day instead of potato chips isn't much improvement, for example). The only other suggestion I have is to start a weight training program. You don't have to get muscular like a body builder, but increasing your muscle mass even a little will help you use more calories. Muscle uses a significant amount of energy even when it's not doing anything. Fat uses almost no energy, it just sits there. Looks like you're well on your way. Good luck!

Keep it up,you are in the right track.Walking and jogging for half an hour is a good form of burning calories, and since your cutting fatty foods in your diet,it may reduce the bad cholesterol which is a good way to improve your health. But aside from fatty foods, you should also think about reducing your carb intake especially sugar because it will trigger your hunger tend to make you eat more than you need.Doing your walking and jogging every other day is a good start, then when you think you are ready to go on a higher level of your program, you might try persuading yourself to a better exercising habit.20 minutes exercise will be better as long as you do it everyday. As they say when you feel the sweat coming out, then you know its working.

Just be realistic about it. losing 35 pounds without starvation and with 30 minuts exercise a day should take about 6 months.

You may do better by increasing your time to 60-90 minutes. Just push yourself harder, lower the intensity of your workout, go for a longer time. Normally, you start burning fat for energy after 40 minutes of exercise - it takes that long to burn glycogen suplies in the muscle tissue. Also avoid sports drinks! No Gatorade and the likes! They are for serious athletes only

WHAT to eat for losing weight

• Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, especially NC (negative calorie) food.

* Print these lists. They will be your . "Bible", from now on !
* Dill and parsely - include them in all your salads. Also ognion + garlic.
* Try eat mostly fresh vegs & fruits (whenever possible, of course)
* If you really want a book, then check this out: The Negative Calorie Diet Workbook & Cookbook - eBook (Win95/98 only). Read more about this e-book here.

• Eat fish, chicken, beef, pork. (preferences are in this order)

* If you are a vegetarian, then ignore this!
* Avoid fat meat

• Eat 2-3 slices of bread/day. Don't EVER exclude bread from your diet!

• Snacks between meals (if needed): apples, oranges, grepfruits and other NC fruits

* Don't cheat . NO cookies, chips, candies, brownies etc!
* EVEN if they have "low fat" indication. They might have low fat, yet they can have lots of CALORIES !

• About rice, potatoes, beans, [xxx]nuts, pastry, pasta. you know!

* Don't eat too much of those, at least during the first weeks of the diet. I'm not a low carb addict, but I've noticed weight gains if consuming those in large quantities, especially when associated with other foods.
* If you like them a lot, try and eat them like one meal. A nice delicious plate of spaghetti could be your lunch (never dinner!), followed by a nice big apple. These rich starch foods are not good for dinner!
* At dinner time, chose mainly large mixed veggies salads. with fish, lean meat or cheese (if you are not a vegetarian).

if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs

1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.

2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle "burn". A gym is also an option, but I don't know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.

3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.

4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.

That is a good place to start. if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you. if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer

Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hours
the most important thing is you don't lose patient wait and have a strong will to be as what you want

you might have some more ideas from www.ivillage.com

good luck
