I would give you advice on this but as a child I was also skinny. There are healthy shakes that you can drink or what not but I basically let my body do what it was going to do and now I am average. If your metabolism is just to high then you really aren't going to be able to do too much.

Be careful about overeating. There are a lot of serious implications to it. I do know where you are coming from and why you are trying to gain though. Its as much a stigma as it is if you are overweight. I was known as skin-and-bones-jones.

I would say eat more bread and tortillas. Donuts and sodas tend to do the job. Or what happened to me get an office job and sit and eat all day long you will gain a few pounds.

Consider yourself luck and don't work on getting "fatter". As long as you eat right (skip the junk) and get some regular exercise, your body will take care of the rest. Some of us tend to be large, others tend to be smaller. As you get older, time will add the pounds anyway, don't rush it :)

I would suggest not getting fatter very quickly, that would be harmful to your body, over time eat a little bit more of some of your usual meals, that extra will give your body more calories with the same amount burned as before, slowly you will gain weight.

no. don't just eat junk. junk every once in a while is cool but not everyday for a week. eat more of what you eat normally. if you normally eat 1 plate eat 1 and a half. sooner you'll get fuller.
