It depends on the person, it's all different now a days for kids because of the genes from there parents.
I can only give you a speculation of 18. 5'4" 118 pounds. But you must also take into consideration that the world is changing from when i grew up. Kids are really getting big now! Ive never seen anything like it. If you go by the old medical charts of what is average you will be very statistically off by a landslide because we don't have small weights any longer. Most people are very overweight. I'm sure you can find a more up to date version of what we call average on a website but not everything is totally accurate either. Good Luck.
