What would you prefer.a natural D cup, which would probably sag a bit. Or a fake C cup, which would be firm and perky?

This is a very soild question. If you are Hot then your Breasts most likely will be hot so there is no reason to screw with your body! If you are average then the New perky breasts will help you go a long way!

Firm and perky, but its better if you keep you body as it is
A firm C cup would be better for all kinds of reasons, most of them being about the woman's self esteem. They would look better in all clothes, especially a bathing suit, they will stay nearly ageless as time goes by, and though this would make her guy happy, she will enjoy the easy managing of her breasts. The D may be bigger, but a firm C will be more pronounced, and easier to play with!
Natural A and B cups are the sexiest.
My preference would be for natural. Forget the surgery.
