Wedding Wear?!

Question:
I am going to a wedding in CT in August. I have no idea what color the wedding party will be wearing. Is it OK to wear a white suit? Or do I have to wear the standard black or dark blue?
Answers:
The idea that white is reserved for the bride applies only to women.

As long as you don't wear a white shirt & tie with the suit, you're set.

White is great, and a little different than the usual, I think that wearing a white suit to a wedding would be unique!

black or white is ok but most important is the one that suits u.go for the color that suits u.

absolutely not! white is to be reserved for the bride & groom only! I would be highly offended if someone ever showed up @ my wedding in white. it's disrespectful!! find something else to wear. you can accessorize w/ white if you like a bit. you don't neccessarily have to wear black or dark blue either, how about grey or a tan even a pastel would be fine since it's in late summer. hope you enjoy yourself @ the wedding.

You were what you want to wear homie. As long as your looking all FINE, the color of your suit shouldn't matter. But typically, only the Bride and Groom wear white, so try complementing your white with another color, like beige or tan.

FYI: Dirt does show on white more than on anything else, but weddings last a mere 20-45 minutes so you'll be ok.

BE YOU..
