Just eat a good breakfast everyday. Sleep at least 8 hours at night. Also if u feel tired take a knap. whatever you eat eat healthy OK. God Bless.

take sugar free heavy breakfast in the morning and drink loads of milk. that will keep u goin through out the day

see your doctor as you may need a chnge in meds or your condition has changed, you cud try eating more carbs

Dont skip your breakfast, take some small snack in the mid-morning and take a nap when you feel tired in the afternoon. Follow a very regular pattern and it should help.

Try drinking RedBull (energy soft-drink).it comes in sugar free. I love it & it really revs you up!

If you are Insulin dependant diabetic, monitor your blood sugar levels regularly. Unexplained lethargy/tiredness could be due to a dip in blood sugar levels. Neither go without food for long periods nor eat excessively. Moderation & regularity in terms of eating habits is the key. Finally, consult yur doctor & follow his advice in letter and spirit and soon you will be bubbling with energy!.

try to have a protein snack with a carb like crackers and peanut butter or cheese and vegetables about an hour before you usually start feeling like this. just watch your portion size and try to go easy on the fruit - very high in natural sugar. after your snack you may want to take a quick walk around the block. fresh air can really help.
