eye shadow?!

Question:
What eye shadow or eye brush is my solution?
When ever i apply my covergirl sparkle black eyeshadow on with a brush it sprinkles all over my freshly done face and so now i use my finger to applly it and it still does the same thing just not as bad.any solutions?
Answers:
Try applying it with a damp brush or try applying over an eyeshadow base (like Urban Decay Primer Potion or a MAC paint).

If all fails, you can use scotch tape to remove the black sparkles from your cheeks without messing up your face. :)

Other Answers:
try holding up a piece of folded (unused) toiletpaper up to the bottom part of your eye. That's what I have to do when I use my dark brown. Also try using the brush and just make sure that before you go near your eye with it to blow off all of the excess eyeshadow on the brush. Good Luck. Hope this works for you.

hold a tissue under your eye while you are applying your shadow. it works for me.

You can buy special undereye covers at your local Rite Aid. Or make your own with a piece of construction paper (or whatever is handy) with a half circle cut in it , that when you apply it goes on the paper not your face.

well my solution to this problem, if its an eyeshadow that i really like, is to just blow the extra powder off after im done. the hairdryer works really well and keeps it from causing smudges and is quick.

Under eyes and on cheek bones apply a generous amount of transluscent powder. Then apply eyeshadow. When done use a large brush to brush away the powder. Along with it goes the extra shadow.

after you put it on use more foundation and powder

Mary Kay - Mk Signature Eye Color and a Dual-End Eye Applicator (sponge tip on one end, brush on the other). Works for me! =)

do your eyes before you do the rest of your face that way you can wipe it off and not have to worry about smudging anything
