I am doing a research paper that deals with the "2 thick 4 da 06" phenomenon versus "the model body". Really all I need details on is "thin" black girls eating to get thick.

I figured that most black girls think that being thick is the only way that attracts most guys. I don't don't think that and I am perfectly happy with being my small size. I still attract guys by how I look, not by how I think I should look, like most of the dumb girls eating to be thick. There are some girls that don't eat to have a model body which is dumb 'cause there ain't no way that I would go without eating just to fit the picture that everyone else in the world says that I should look like. A lot of people say that black girls should be the ones that are thick and that white girls should be the ones with the model bodies. I completely disagree. I believe that everyone should embrace the way they look and should just forget about everyone else's opinion. I have a thick body neither do I have a model body and at times I judge my self, but no matter what anyone says I love myself, and so should everyone that is insecure.

Somehow I think that it's less "thin girls gaining weight" and more "Heavy girls refusing to diet."
I THINK BLACK GIRLS ARE NATURALLY BIG.
Because African American men and women in the media have made it look as though thick is better. All girls wanna shake dance and be able to have a "booty" if thats whats in.. The sad thing is that they may never get rid of the weight they gain to fit in..

apparently they think that a huge fat body is attractive.
I know in the black community larger butts are becoming more and more sexy to black men, therefore many young black women will try to gain weight to get a bigger butt.
I think it's because when the black girls watch the videos, all they see are thick women so they automatically think that's the way they are supposed to be..especially to get attention.
i always thought there was difference between being fat and being thick.right now thickness is in,all the music videos seem to say so, so if that was men seem attracted to i guess thin girls would be eating to get thicker
You cant eat to get thick, you have to be made like that. Thick is when you have a small waist and a huge booty.(Like Me..lol)
