Mix some sugar and olive oil together and rub it on your bod in the shower after washing, and rinse it off well. Try it, it really works!
well personally i like got2bespa mango orange papaayaa all those orange fruits or something sugar scrub. it doesn't make your face oily and it works really well. you can get it like anywhere.
Just a regular bath rag with soap works well. Also shaving exfoliates.
get some st. ives peach pit scrub. Its really cheap (two dollars for an eight ounce tube at the dollar store) It's sold for the face; I use it on my arms and legs (I have a skin condition that causes rough, raised bumps) it works perfectly.
You just have to be sure a rinse the grainy stuff down the drain after you use it.
St. Ives Apricot is what I use. You can use it all over. It comes in a medicated version as well if you get acne.. Wal-Mart does a store brand version, works just like name brand.
