I am trying to get in shape for the summer.?!

What exercises can I do to tone up without lookly masculine? I am trying to tone my legs, abs, arms, and buttocks.

Lunges are really good for legs & your bum. I like Shape's "Bikini Body" or a title similar to that.

Resistance bands work well to tone muscles without bulking up. Pilates do too. Doing all the cardio you can too would keep you from adding bulk from muscle toning.
i dont know why so many people say they are worried about getting masculine. im a trainer and a figure competitor. meaning im femanine and lean. Im 5'10 and I weigh about 138 and stay about 14 percent body fat off season. I lift very heavy!! Only about 1 percent of women can get manly. If you want to change your body to look more toned you have to lift till exhaustion. I do agree walking lunges are awesome for legs and butt. eventually add weights in your hands. Abs- really depends on diet to bring those out, eating clean. other than that- get into weights. especially with arms. Low to the ground squats for butt too. good luck
