How quickly can you lower your colesterol with diet and exercise?!

Depends on if the rise in your cholesterol is due to lack of diet and exercise or is hereditary. If it is hereditary, as in my wife’s case, no amount of diet or exercise is going to lower it to a significant level that will satisfy the doctors.
In my wife’s case we tried everything including going Vegan and exercising almost everyday. She finally had to face the music and start on medicine to lower hers. Talk to your doctor, research your family history to see if High Cholesterol runs in the family and then the two of you together can come up with the proper action that needs to be taken. Good Luck!

What you intend to mean cholestral or weight. They are completly different.

If you mean weight, it depends. Normally one requires 2000 calories for our day to day activities.(May vary with individual,current weight and acitivities). If you manage to reduce your intake and exercise and their by managing to make intake less than what you burn you can reduce weight. If you reduce your intake by 500 calories a day, you will lose 4 pounds (Approx!) in a month.
