Answers:
between 120- 155 lbs for a female.

Other Answers:
well, it's not over 200 lbs like me, that's for sure :)

I'm about that height and I'm comfy at one thirty five.

It could be 125 - 145, depending on your age and framesize. I'm 42, 5'6" and weigh 155 - 10 pounds overweight, but, still feel and look good.

id say what ever suites you? No one knows you better than you right? So be happy with whatever you want. Me id like my girl to be happy at whatever weight she disires. So best of luck to you.

Perfect according to whom?

130 at five foot you should be at lest 100 ponds then every inch after five pounds, or just as you are healthy you are good

Try checking with your doctor. They should have a chart with that kind of information. If that doesn't work, just look around on the Internet. But always remember, as long as you're comfortable with yourself it doesn't matter how much you weigh. (Unless it's severely unhealthy and poses a risk to your health.) :)

about 120-130

If your a small frame 120-133
Medium frame 130-144
Large frame 140-159

depending on you build, between 125-140

Depends on your body frame. BMI is a good indicator, but keep in mind it doesnt consider muscle mass, which athletes tend to have a lot of.

Anywhere between 118 and 155 is healthy for you. Ideal would be around 135, with a small or medium frame.

see all thes youn girls think there fat and they weigh only 110 and some people think that the perfact weigh fo some one that tall 160.

125-135 would be a good weight with someone of that height and also healthy. 5 pounds over that is not bad, but 15 pounds over 135 is a little over weight. 120 pounds or less is too skinny for someone that 5'6". by the way I am assuming we are talking about a girl because in a guy it is a different.
