Is this a good way 2 exercise, and lose weight fast?!

Will i be able 2 loose weight quickly by doing 212 crunches, and 100 jumping jacks, and streching daily? if not, could u give me a daily routine that i could do 2 loose weight quickly without needing 2 buy any excersize movies.

Well, exercises are all well and good, but a nutritious diet containing all the vital vitamins and minerals are necessary. Once you've changed your diet then you're one step closer to achieving your goal.
Personally, I'd recommend jogging as a great weight-loss activity. I do one or two miles each day and I'm really starting to notice the difference; both mentally and physically.
However, crunches are not normally done to lose weight. They're often done to tone up the muscles in your abdomen and to achieve a better body shape all around.

oh c'mon blonde chick. there's no such thing as loosing weight fast. all you need to do is exercise and eat right. Doing 212 crunches and 100 jumpin jacks and stretchin' daily isn't going to help you loose weight FAST.

Well don't be doing any crash diets it wont help because once you stop all the weight you have thought you lost will show up in the end. Make sure to drink lots of water and eat less and don't check the scale everyday! it really wont help at all! Above everything HAVE FUN!!

Well, I don't know if it will make you lose weight quickly, but if you don't pull something you will sure be sore! Exercising isn't really what makes you lose weight. It is the dieting part. If you don't need to lose a lot of weight and just mostly need to tone, then do squats, leg lifts, crunches, push ups. The jumping jacks would be good cardio if you can keep it up for 30 min. Otherwise, just watch what you eat and exercise for the toning and health benefits.

The best way to loose weight is to watch what you eat and do a little exercise. You don't have to be on a super-strict diet, just eat the right foods (fruits, low fat snacks), watch the amount of food you consume, read the labels, and if you want to eat sweets don't over do it. Now for exercise is better to start slow and gradually increase the number of crunches, jumping jacks or whatever you enjoy, the important thing is to change your lifestyle so it becomes part of your routine and you won't gain back the pounds.Also it is best to have a check-up with your doctor before starting any exercise routine. if u want to lose weight the best food to it are baked potatoes with nothing on it. no salt no nothing just plain. u can eat a 10000000000 baked potatoes till ur stuff and not gain a pound. i heard that from a weight loss tape. the best drink is water or gatorade. thats a start then when you work out do some taeboo. if u want a macine. run with dumbells on a treadmill. u could do the rocky workout. but thats a new story. u could use a butterfly macine i think it works the abs

1) It is not just the amount you eat, but what you eat. Lean meats and vegtables that snap are a good place to start. And by snap I mean fresh and not boiled or doused with better or whatever.

2) Exercise moderatly but for about an hour every other day. Spend half of that walking or running at a good enough pace for you to feel labored. The other half of the time use weights, or exercises such as push ups or situps to get a muscle "burn". A gym is also an option, but I don't know if you have the money for or want to spend the money on it.

3) Sleep well. To bed earlier and up earlier. Exercise in the morning when you wake up, not in the evening before bed. 7 hours of GOOD sleep is a must.

4) Occupy yourself with a hobby that keeps your attention for a long period of time. A hobby like this keeps your mind focused and gives less of a chance for snacking from boredom.

That is a good place to start. if you see good results, keep it up and modify to fit you. if it does not, see a doctor AND a trainer

Keep working out, drink water a lot, eat 5 to 6 meals a day but in small quantities, vegtables are important specially cucumber and lattice, fruits not be eaten after meals except by 2 to 3 hours, minimize the starch quantities in your meals lots of salad is important, your last meal must be before you sleep by 2 to 3 hours
