Other Answers:
It's under active thyroid function. It has symptoms of" dry skin, puffy face, fluid retention, mild weight gain, depression, menses slow/stop in women, and can be a bit serious if left untreated. Infertility in adults, in newborns, "cretinism" or very low IQ function. It can be treated and the treatment will not be an instant fix, rather a bit more time is required, it's quite easy to treat, go to your Doctor, she can give you a simple blood test to resolve it.

Hypothyroidism is when your thryroid gland doesn't produce enough harmones that regulate your metabolism. Also, it causes weight gain, loss of energy, depression, and affects reproduction system (not always). To treat hypothyroidism you need to take thyroid supplements, but first get blood tests and visit an endochronologist.
