I would voice your concerns with your health visitor as she will be able to advise better.
I believe that you should not worry. Premature babies are lighter than babies born nearer their due date. Also some children are not walking to 14/15 months. My son was 13 months and he wasn't premature.
Don't worry too much. Children all develop at different stages.
Maybe take him to a chiropractor, even though he still has many months of not walking to be worrisome. It's always a great idea to have a child adjusted to help them grow properly (birthing in a hospital can be violent with head pulling and such, unless you birthed with a midwife who kept a hands off approach)
hellow i'm kimberly i'm 13teen the best way is to stan him up in let him move and at fen of lee he will move and he will leaer how to walk by his self if not help him move his legs for him but let him get the feel of it frist and he will get used to it
