I will like to know where there is a nice spa that I can go to in NYC that is reasonable?
I will like to attend 3 days out the week, simuliar to the russian bath house but more classy,Help!

There is a good club on the south side of central park. I could not find the name for you and you must call in advance wherever you decide because the reputable ones fill up. So, I called my friends.
The two most highly recommended ones in New York that were not glorified hair salons were:
La Casa Day Spa (see www.lacasaspa.com) and
Juvenex Spa (www.Juvenexspa.com )
I am a man and would prefer the more daring Juvenex Spa with its night time couples sessions but both were highly recommended as very luxurious with Japanese-style massages available.
There is nothing better than spoiling yourself in this way and I think that you will be happy with either choice.or, try both! Enjoy.
