What is the best treatment for ringworm, both human and animals?!

Question:

Answers:
Well, I'd take the animals to the vet and get them treated or you'll just be passing the fungus back and forth.

If you have several spots or if you have spots that just won't go away, your M.D. can give you prescription products (oral and topical) that will clear it up in no time. The OTC products are OK for mild cases but you may want to buy a couple of different brands (they should have different ingredients) and use them together.

Natural products like tea tree and vinegar don't really work all that well, in my experience.

Other Answers:
For over the counter buy some antifungal cream or some people have use bleach. They dip q-tip in bleach and rub it on the affected area, never tried this one so i can't tell you what it'll do to your skin. Not sure about animals. Be careful with ringworm it is contagious and will spread.

You probably need to go to the doctor or the Vet to get a creme to put on it. It is very contaigous. So you need to get treatment.
