These are the basics for healthy body. Proper diet, adequate rest, exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Do you follow any of these? If so, then you wont have any problem.

If your 14 years old then you should try not to rely on a diet. Eat healthy and become more active. Go running a few times a week. Take a bike ride; these are the habits that will help you stay in shape. You have to remember for most people on diets only help keep the weight off when you are on the diet. There is no substitute for being active.

well, it has many ways to it. since you are still in a young age, you have to, have to be careful of what you eat or you might end up with a deadly disease. don't eat pig meat and try to be a vegeterain if you can. don't have any snacks besides veggies and fruits. and DO NOT go to mcdonald's or burger king. those places are a bank for fat. and excersie. don't push yourself too much. golf,yoga,basketball, volleyball, AND MARTIAL ARTS ARE THE BEST. well, trust me and good luck. hope you lose some weight using my suggestions!

Well, when I was down in Florida (I live in Connecticut) I lost three pounds in two weeks. Me and my grandma were trying to lose weight and we hadn't been eating much that week because we were too busy. So, whenever we DID eat, we tried to eat healthy and lower or sweets. I am not an active person and do not play outside, so eating healthy got me from 100 pounds, (I'm pretty short!), to 93 pounds in about five weeks.

just put your mind to it and maybe ask someone to go through the process with you say a family member or a close friend someone you know will help you and encourage you to keep trying try a slow routine first dont ever stop eating it only makes it worst try eating better meals and not snacking all the time if you get hungray dont go for the junk food go for some fruit or something healthy Good Luck! Lets be real, teens don’t like to eat healthy. I know, I have 2 teen children. If you don’t remove or minimize the essential elements of a teen diet, soda, sweet or salty snacks, fast food, and sweets then your chance at losing weight goes down.
Teens do have an advantage, their metabolism is much faster, so they can burn off what they eat faster. Unfortunately what they eat can slow it down because there are some things that the body just can’t rid itself of fast enough.

You are a teenager so it’s easier for you to be active. Don’t spend your time in front of the TV all the time, get out and do something, you know move around. Don’t think some miracle is going to save you from your obesity problem, its not. You are the only one who can make a difference.
About your weight loss.
The body loses about 2 pounds a week optimally and that’s 2 pounds that stay off. If you are committed then you should reach your goal.

2. Drink more water. Most of us don’t have enough water. This means our bodies are dehydrated. Two things a dehydrated body has trouble doing, one is releasing water. In order to lose fat you must be able to release water, because fat cells in your body are composed of mostly water. A dehydrated body cannot build very well. Muscle tone indicates a constant building state in your body. If your body isn’t building that means it is losing muscle and it’s never good to lose muscle that slows your metabolism and makes you look flabby.

3. Maintain a balanced workout regimen of cardio and resistance (weights). Cardio is good for fat burning and it’s easy to do and to progress yourself. Resistance is a little harder because it’s not as easy to know what to do. If weights aren’t your thing then try Yoga or Pilates. Both are very effective resistance and core training and can help you maintain lean muscle and increase your overall metabolism.

4. Smart supplementation of your diet is your best solution to making sure you get the nutrients your food doesn’t give you. Taking vitamins is important for any teenager it can help with your concentration and grades. Plus cleanses, as well as detox formulas are awesome for eliminating toxins we take into our bodies without knowing.

5. Sleep is a very important part of any healthy lifestyle regimen. When we sleep our bodies and minds refresh themselves and allow us to function at an optimal level. Sleeping allows muscles to rebuild themselves and when they do that, it speeds your metabolism.
