Can you safely take 3 pamprins?!

On the directions it says two but I feel like I need a little extra..Would it be safe?

I take pamprin with every period. You could take three, but not every dose.
Instead, try alternating between Ibuprofin, and Pamprin. If you start taking Ibuprofein a few days before you start your period, it will help decrease the amount of cramping. Pramprin is just tylenol, and a diuretic to help prevent bloating. Ibuprofin works with the muscles, and tylenol blocks receptors in the brain. Always take the lowest effective dose.
Get an electric heating pad, and use it when you are having the bad cramping. Avoid chocolate, caffeinated beverages, and salty foods. Take a muti-vitamin, try to eat healthy, and drink a lot or water.
