why do I have my period twice in the same month?!

I got my period the week before last when I was supposed to and then I have it again this week and I have no idea why. I'm on the pill and my periods have always been normal and on time so i'm very confused as to why I have it again. any thoughts?

Stress can sometimes cause your period to happen sporadically. I'd recommend talking to your doctor as they may be able to find out if it is just a random occurrence, or if something weird is going on.
you've released 2 egg cells within a month. and your period is irregular
teh pill could be stronger or weaker and it messed up your cycle it will even itself out soon if not go see Dr.

best suggestion-see your gyno. this is pretty common, i know several women who have experienced this. this may be an isolated event. feel better!
It sounds like that your meds need adjusting..check in with your GYN. MD. and tell him about it.
For starters ,how long have you been on the pill?
you could have a shorter cycle than most people. most peoples cycle is 28 days, if yours is shorter than you will have a period sooner. i had that same problem. then for some reason after my 2nd baby it fixed itself. im glad cuz my first period was 28 days of bleeding.
How old are you?? If you are 40+ you may be menopausal.IF not see your doctor. Fibroids cause bleeding too.Good luck.
