Weight lose?!

I am 25 years 5"4, weighting 198 pounds, i need to lose weight. What is the best exercise for me to perform; and how many days of week should I exercise . My eaten habit is bad, I went to colege and gain all this weight. Please help me get my body back healthy.

Let me tell you what worked for me. My Dr. recommeneded to me this diet called Medifast. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. You will lose weight quickly with very little exercise. I have lost 26 lbs. so far. If you do decide to exercise try using teh Elliptical Trainer about 3 times a week. It is an excellent cardio. Don't take any drugs to lose weight, just change your diet and eating habits and supplement with exercise.

Try doing light weights Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I it is possible, run 1 or 2 miles Tuesday and Thurday or do the stationary bike 30 to 45 mins instead. Try the fruit and vegetable diet. drink plenty of water and go to the gym and work out. After working out do a few laps in the pool. you will lose weight really fast. make sure you go to a gym that has a pool.

I agree with the girl who recommended walking. It really is great exercise. When my car kept breaking down (about two years ago) I had to do a lot of walking. I lost about 30 pounds in about 3 months. You will notice as you start to feel better by walking, you will automatically start eating better too! Good luck to you!

Cut out all carbs for a few weeks. No bread, potatoes, corn, rice, cereal, pasta, fruit, tomatoes, beans (except green beans) and peas. Lots of meat and green vegs. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Walk every day
