what is a healthy way to lose weight?!

If you are dieting remember that you should always eat 3 ballanced meals. you should NEVER I repeat NEVER go on one of those fad diets where you starve yourself. they can end up in eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia. A healthy way to do it is to eat healthy and whole grain foods and add more excercise into your day. You will definetly become healthier.

ive lost weight by cutting my calories down and working out like crazy.

it really depends on the individual, but if you drink a lot of water it helps. and make it cold water, b/c i learned today that when you drink cold water, your body works more to warm it up and burns fat. isn't that cool?? and water is healthy..

and watch motivating shows. like when the Biggest Loser is on.. or Honey, We're Killing the Kids.. it really motivates you to get to work!

Try the sound beach diet or just eat turnips coz it doesn't have any calories.

Well, Let me tell you what worked for me. My Dr. recommened to me this diet called Medifast. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. You will lose weight quickly with very little exercise. I have lost 26 lbs. so far.
