Answers:
raw certified free range eggs are quite healthy and give your brain and neurological system a boost. However you should never eat raw egg "whites" because it binds with biotin and prevents your bodies absorbtion of the mineral.Commercial eggs contain salmonella and should be avoided.Make sure you do not have allergies to eggs before u experiment. The chinese use raw eggs in egg drop soup and other food preparations.
Disregard what the above poster said about soy,soy is highly allergenic and contains hormone disrupting phytoestrogens and has been linked with causing thyroid problems.Eggs are the perfect food because they contain the most easily assimilated complete amino acid profile of any food, and contain almost all of the minerals in trace amounts. However any food is toxic if your allergic.

Other Answers:
"Raw whole eggs are a phenomenally inexpensive and incredible source of high-quality nutrients that many of us are deficient in, especially high-quality protein and fat.

When you carefully analyze the risk of contracting salmonella from raw eggs, you will find that it is actually quite low. A study by the U.S. Department of Agriculture earlier this year (Risk Analysis April 2002 22(2):203-18) showed that of the 69 billion eggs produced annually, only 2.3 million of them are contaminated with salmonella.

So simple math suggests that only 0.003 percent of eggs are infected. The translation is that only one in every 30,000 eggs is contaminated with salmonella. This gives you an idea of how uncommon this problem actually is. "

First off, fellow replier, Looseeanadude; would you/do you risk being that 0.003 % . . .if in fact, it is an accurate % ?!Please don't encourage unsafe behavior! Now, secondly, eggs contain such dense proteins, that they're not fully and successfully digested. The opinion of many, is that they're not suitable for human consumption. If you want good quality protein, try organic soy/tofu products. These things can make great smoothies and the like. Soy/tofu products contain complete proteins and can be easily digested by your body without harmful side effects.I see nothing good about eggs.

eggs are eggs even if cooked.the protein level is still there.
