Get either a liquid or matte foudation to cover sacrs or pimples. For the rest of your face, use a powder foundation or nothing. Using all liquid or matte makes your face look orange. Also, you can get formula to help soften scars. Just ask the people at your local drugstore. Or perhaps ask another question on yahoo :-)
As for putting it under your eyes, you can, but that can give your eyes a heavy look. Either use powder foundation or get special makeup for hiding things under your eyes. You can apply it under the eye but as for hiding it that'll depend on how prominent it is.
use a concealer it is to hide scars and marks that u wanna hide. & also to cover the dark spot under your eyes.

u can apply it under ur eyes and if u really have a good kind of a foundation then it would cover up the scars. makeup can do wounders!!
