Two Year old with very dry skin?!

Question:
I took my daughter to the pediatrician and asked why the skin on the bottom of her legs is so dry and cracking. He told me it was not exzema, to just keep lotion on it. I have tried but its almost to the point of cracking now. Any suggestions of a good lotion or solution? I have tried all the big name brank lotions.Nivea, St Ives, Cocoa Butter, Oatmeal. Please help!

Aveeno worked best for us along with Oatmeal baths and baby lotion at bed time

My son had the same problem and we put Nursrey Jelly on it, the baby powder sected kind. We got it at Fred Meyers and Krogers, it was the Kroger store brand and we found that that worked the best.

Good luck!

2 of my sons had this. Try and keep from frequent bathing, this dries the skin out. I use a special lotion that aids in sloughing off the dry skin while moisturizing it deeply.

Some of the intense Aveeno's for baby work pretty good, slather her up at least twice a day, especially after a bath.

Aveeno products for babies works really well. Try the oatmeal bath and oatmeal soothing lotions for dry skin.

Try the ABC products from Arbonne. They have a line a baby skin care products that are great. You might pay a little more that at Wal-Mart or other stores, but you'll love the results. Let me know if I can help, I am an Arbonne consultant. Good luck!
