start with a psychologist they aren't so quick to try to medicate you without proper testing.I am going through the testing myself actually

U go 2 a pschiolighst

A psychiatrist or possibly a psychologist-depending if you want meds or not. You can also see a therapist and go to your general medical doctor for prescriptions.

You can also go to your family doctor and ask to refure you to a doctor who does ADHD testing. That way if you do it they can prescribe you medication. There are other ways to deal with it though. If you made it this far without being tested you have done a good job. I found out that I have it when my daughter got tested. Some of the things she does I still do. Who knew not sleeping was a sign of ADHD. Anyway, good luck to you!

Hi! A creative outlet works better. A Dr. will only prescribe meds and thus ruin the beautiful energy you have. People with "ADD/ADHD" have a certain kind of potent energy that causes the person to self-destruct (so to speak..for lack a of better description) if left unused. Basically, whoever has this "condition" has all this energy they aren't using. If they use the energy and release it from their system, they won't channel it in negative ways. Please try it before you go to the Dr. Get creative with anything; dancing, cooking, painting, decorating-something!
