Go to a gym to work out, go find the machines that people use for abs. That has helped me. Also, if the gym has a spinning class, take that. That is really good for you. Or try doing crunches on a regular basis.

Gym: Get a BOSU (half a ball) flip with the squishy side up. 1. "Dead Bug" Center your back on the middle of the BOSU. Then balance yourself like a "Dead Bug".arms up in air, and legs in air with back on BOSU. then wiggle thoses arms and legs like you're a dead bug trying to flip over. Ouch, it works! 2. Stand in push-up position with hands on squishy part of BOSU. keeping the hands on BOSU, start moving you're legs like on a bike.kinda jumping fastly.again ouch, and it works.

Out of gym: ride a bike. Or stand and march in place. Make sure when you're marching, that your legs lift up a little past your belly button and you've got good posture.

eat 5/6 times a day, small portion of food 3 hours between each meal.
dont drink beer/soda and other alchohol substances
they dry you up and have you drinkin again which expends the belly, replace with 8 glasses of water a day.
Sit-ups/chrunches dont shrik the belly dont you believe it!

You can do low ab work outs.like lie on the floor and place both arms under the butt and lift your pelvis a little with the hands then move legs together up and down but make sure when you go down that the feet do not touch the floor.
Also, do not eat late at night!

use balance ball exercises, along with proper nutrition (no sugar, lots of water)

If you sit during the day straighten your spine and use your abdomin muscles and your glutes to keep you straight. pilates is a great muscle toner and it teaches you to stack you bones and use your power house.

try eating smaller ore frequent meals while doing high intensity interval workout such as the tabata method. 20 seconds of vigourous excercise then break for 10 seconds and repeat at least 8 times. you can alternate excercises but squats and excercises that raise your heart rate faster are the best. good luck
