I have muscles twitches in all parts of my body at seemingly random times, what!
Question:
Also, i've been having terrible stomach pains, headaches, and other stuff. I've been to the doctor not too long ago and they didnt find anything wrong with me.
Any ideas anyone?

I randomly have the twitches that you are talking about, but they are very random maybe one part of my body twice a week. If you are having them more frequently, have you recently gone off any long term perscription? Go with your instinct and if you feel there is something really wrong pursue it and tell your doctor to pursue it you also have the right to a second or third opinion.

its probably spasms or minor cramps, just stretch the muscles that to it, it might help.
