My suggestion would be to go to a Weight Watchers located near you. I know it worked for me.

Go on a no oil diet, and jog for 30 mins everyday, if you could have sex 3 times a week too, you'll definitely go slim.

reduced your portion sizes (even go to using a smaller plate) exercise every day. Go to a support group such as weight watchers and make your dietary changes something that you can live with for the rest of your life. Avoid fad diets you cannot maintain them then you tend to put even more weight on. And get as much sleep as you need, certain levels of sleep have hormones that are released to help your bodies insulin work better

join a local slimming group and try and go with a friend.. the support you get at the meetings really motivates you to go on..and looking forward to the weekly meeting to see how much you have lost encourages you through the next week you will soon find that your weight will drop off..good luck

Have no breakfast. If you feel too hungry, have some not-so-sweet fruit,or some veg pieces such as carrot, till 12 noon. have less fat diet for lunch and dinner. Try sleep immediately after dinner. Do walk in the morning and if you could do some yoga/breathing excercizes after morning walk.
Iwill garantee you will reduse 30-35 pounda in 2-3 monts. Infact I did.

3 lbs a week for 12 weeks is a bit of an agressive goal, but never-the-less can be done.

1. Count calories, start with around 1800 per day, 180 gms of LEAN protein, 30 gms of good fats, the balance in high quality complex carbs.

2. Drink water, try to get enough so you are running to the rest room every hour or so.

3. Exercise, if you do already then keep it up, if not the see if you can get 40-60 mins of cardio work a week mixed in with 2-3 weight training sessions.

4. REST REST REST, is the forgotten component.. in todays busy world we don't get enough. I wont say that 8hrs is the rule for all, but it might be a good starting place.

5. Decompress. Stress is one of the largest factors in weight gain, just let it all go for the next few months

6. Weigh yourself once a week, on the same day, at the same time, on the same scale

7. Weight is a nice indicator of our condition, but your body fat ratio is a better one, you might want to include some sort of goal in that regard. i.e. I want to be 6 sizes smaller in 12 weeks

There is no easy way out.First you must be DETERMINED to acheive what you say you want to.My partner and I have lost 20-25 Kgs each taking entirely different routes; active action & the placid routes. Building up gradually I walked/jogged 8-10 Kms a day coupled with halving my intake of food.I also joined the gym.,where i worked on the treadmill for 30-45 minutes. To reach this level of workout ,it took me three months.I also did specific excercises for the tummy. It took me over a year to shed the extra Kgs.
My partner followed th Atkin's diet for six months and that is going on and off for the last two years.
And of course, a weighing machine is tucked under the bed to keep regular check on the weight movement
