What are some good ways to help keep weight off?
I've been exercising and dieting. And I cut all caffine. I need to keep of the weight because I have a formal coming up in a couple of weeks.any suggestions? And if you have nothing nice to say, please refrain from saying it. I have no use for it. Yes, get the laughter out.I am a heavier girl. Har har. I'm not in bad shape I'm just.fluffy! lol Any decent tips are appreciated. Thanks.

Aloha Sweetie, I am a F.A.T. (Fabulous And Tasty) girl too. I can suggest that you try riding the elliptical trainer if you can it will burn 100 calories in 8 minutes "no joke". You work your whole body from arms, back, chest, glutes, and legs. If not try walking fast pace for 45 minutes. Make sure that you stay away from Sugar, Sodium, Dairy(take a calcium supplement) and also limit your fruit intake. It has alot of sugar & carbs in it as well. Eat alot of lean protein and vegetables. Eat 5-6 SMALL meals a day every 2-3 hours. Make sure they are 200 calories or less. Exercise EVERY day. Replace water with every soft drink. And, you will see a HUGE difference.

Drink water, go for the 8 glasses a day, 9 if you can do it. Go for walks or jogs. And one thing I love to do is Pilates, it's fun and you can really feel it afterwards. Remove all temptation food from the pantry. And they say to eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals. I wish you the best of luck. Hope I helped some.

and normal food means just like stick to the recommended amounts of each group. like X amount of carbs. 3 serving or whatever of veges or whatever. the food pyramid says all the serving sizes and stuff

thats just a good way to keep your weight steady and be healthy
