Health wise it should be a pound a day. Anything more then three is unhealthy.

Depends what kind of weight you are trying to lose. If you are trying to burn fat, then don't expect to lose much in a day. If you are shedding the water that your body retains, then you could sweat out around five pounds worth, but it's not healthy.
i did 17 lbs once as a wrestler but that isnt healthy

A few pounds if you excercise an eat real healthy and drink lots of water. Cause alot of weight is from water build up.

a pound a week is healthy, if your talkin water weight do something like the 'Hollywood Diet' you loose all water weight in 2 days and is a great start to any diet. plus its good for your skin, hair and nails too.
