I am 5'6 1/2 I weigh 106 I've always been skinny how can I gain & tone?!

Question:
I've always been skinny. Tired of people asking if I'm sick or assuming more than that. I have no bottom and because I'm skinny I don't workout at all and therefore have no strength. What can I do?
Answers:
You need to do just that..workout..and workout hard.
You are without a doubt underweight for your height. If you want to calculate your ideal weight range for your height try this calculator:

More specifically, a fitness regimen that focuses primarily on weight training will allow you to pack on more muscle on to your tiny frame which will quite frankly make you look fantastic. Women who are small jointed with ectomorphic body types (skinny) and pursue weight training programs can look incredible after just 6-8 months of hard work. Take my word for it, I've seen olive oyls transform into goddesses simply by eating the right foods and focusing on building large muscle groups.

- Make sure you ingest more calories than you expend. Use this calculator to roughly estimate your calorie expenditure:
http://preventdisease.com/healthtools/articles/bmr.html
This is extremely important for you, if you're under by even 10 calories, you will not gain the weight. You must exceed or eat more than your total energy requirement to gain weight.

- You probably have a very high BMR. Stay away from cardio (for now). Refraining from cardiovascular exercise is detrimental to your long-term health, but for now stay away from it until you gain the muscle you need to maintain.

- Concentrate on large muscle groups. Squats and lunges are the exercises you're looking for to increase the thickness of your butt and thighs. Here's a complete list of weight training exercises:

Give it time, but if you eat enough (and the right) food and stick to weight training, you will gain weight in no time and impress everybody. Takes a bit of programming, but if you incorporate it into your lifestyle, you'll love it.

If you are beginner, always seek the assistance of a certified personal trainer before attempting any weight training exercises.

Hi, I can't relate, but I can tell you that I have had friends that have tried to gain in both weight and muscle. They have always had results when they increase their protein intake.
Try the weight gaining shakes, protein packed. You can find them at GNC. That should help.
