I use a pumice stone every 2-3 days and slather on cracked dry heel creme form Sally Hansen & then put socks for bed. If I don't use the pumice stone for a week it's right back close to where I started. It will take 2-3 times before you really "wear" off that layer of callus.

I agree with moms taxi.pretty much the only way to do it is with that stone, and with good lotion :)

Just before bed, apply Bag Balm to your feet then put socks on, if you can handle socks in bed. Or hang out with socks on while watching TV or something for a few hours with Bag Balm on your feet. Very inexpensive and seems to work very well for mine. Can purchase at Walmart or probably a pharmacy or a Feed Supply Store of some sort.

You can use a pumice stone but they tend to be quite harsh,a better option is a gentle exfoliating scrub. And if the problem is severe it may be a sign that you have an essential fatty acid deficiency. You need to add some flax/fish oils omega 3 and omega 6 to your diet.

I'd suggest using Aveeno's Skin Relief Moisturizing Cream. After using this moisturizer for just a week, there was a noticeable difference. Within a month, it was dramatically less dry and cracked.

Although many inexpensive methods are available you won't experience any chane unless you shell some dollars out. It happened to my elder sister, she was trying many natural methods but all failed but one day she heard about a cream named Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Foot Cream, she was very much satisfied with the results.

before u take a shower, just put baby oil on ur feet and then wash them as u normally would and pat dry them with a towel. then put tons of lotion on it and it should be fine!! :)

get ur feet wet and rub the rough parts with a pumice stone. then dry ur feet off gently and put cream on them. this doesn't work immediately, it takes a couple tries before ur feet start to soften, especially if u have really rough feet.
